Hiya Folks : )

It being March and all, I started my seeds indoors the other day and much to my surprise..many are sprouted to an inch tall already (although package said it would take much longer!)

I am using one of those Jiffy kits and wanted to know how long can I keep them in those little peat pots? It is way to soon to plant outdoors.

I sowed several veggies and for fun I did sunflowers as well and those are the tallest.

Help please!

You should be Ok at this point...if they are getting to long and spindley you can lower your lights ...once they begin to get root bound...more roots than soil in the little plugs then you will want to transplant into a bit bigger pot...depending on what type plant it is you keep the soil line same...but with like tomaoes you can plant these lower...
