We recently had a large dump of snow and I caught these 2 playing in the yard..Usually they are long gone by daylight but I think a coyote or something was in the back woods so they hung out in the neighbourhood all day. It gave all of us a cute thing to watch instead of snowflakes...These guys are the reason all my trees are caged in for the winter..

How neat Kinnika. It must have been fun watching them playing in the yard. I like that wagon-like hitch you have in the yard by the rabbits.

Sash- you are the 2nd person to say that about a xmas card. I think I might just do that..Davyln- I also have a resident Bush Bunny ( for 2 years now) and he has never touched anything in the garden but the Jack's eat everything including all my trees..But we wire stuff in in the winter and then we enjoy them..Petty-- cute I love baby bunnies..My kids had bunnies for years, they use to take them for a walk in town on a leash..they were better behaved then the dogs LOL

I agree - that is a gorgeous picture Kinnika and love that wagon and also the wagon wheel leaning on the fence! Those little guys are cute....but can do such harm to a garden come spring Do you have to use chicken wire around your veggie garden? My aunt, who gardens at her cottage, had to surround her entire garden with chicken wire years ago.

Our resident bunny found our flower bed and has dug a hole in there. She also has one over where she had her babies last year. I guess I have to plant marigolds around the border again this year to keep them out. I hope it's too early for babies or I may find a surprise while planting posies....lol.
