Hello everyone. Im so glad I found my way here. :evilB: :
I am from Burlington Ontario and love to garden. I am slowly trying to turn my tiny corner of the universe into a tropical oasis. I love Brugmansias, cannas and Elephant ears .. so most of my garden gets to come indoors with me over our cool winter months.

I am also a foster parent for both troubled teenaged kids and kittens. I love doing both.

Hope to meet alot of new people and share some excellent gardening advice.

Welcome Peatpod. This is a great place to get advice, or just to act silly. I wouldn't exactly call your winters cool, more like COLD!!!

Hello Laura....Welcome to GG girl...glad you found your way to the best.
Can relate to wanting to turn you lil corner of the universe into a tropical oasis...I also love brugs, cannas, elephant ears, gingers, ................
I don't have a lot of advise ...maybe I will one day...lots to learn here...

Although i don't have kids at home anymore can relate to being foster parent to troubled teenagers...they each needed a special instruction manual ...especially from where I stood...but the blessings were equal plus more significant when you see them make a little progress...
