I am slowly trying to turn my tiny corner of the universe into a tropical oasis. I love Brugmansias, cannas and Elephant ears .. so most of my garden gets to come indoors with me over our cool winter months. I am also a foster parent for both troubled teenaged kids and kittens. Can relate to wanting to turn you lil corner of the universe into a tropical oasis...I also love brugs, cannas, elephant ears, gingers, ................ I don't have a lot of advise ...maybe I will one day...lots to learn here... Although i don't have kids at home anymore can relate to being foster parent to troubled teenagers...they each needed a special instruction manual ...especially from where I stood...but the blessings were equal plus more significant when you see them make a little progress...
