You are so right about that Rhood!! I still watch BBC Canada, still go everyday to a forum that's based out of England, Love it when my daughter in laws grandparents come for a visit, with their English accents...I get out my good tea service and have a proper tea for them. |

Yes the huge war horses were a warriors best friend. In reading about the Royal Lippizan Stallions, and I got to see them once, a lot of their moves were battle moves. Seeing them do their "Airs Above theGround" was breathtaking. They came out on a fresh raked arena and did their sideways walk across it. Not only could ye see them but their amazing hoove prints. When they jumped up with all four feet under them it jus took yer breath away. I do love horses in case ye didn't notice! LOL :banana-wa

Lord Rhood thanks for the pics~~I still have a couple of the old wash tubs and used to take a bath in the old oval ones...I use the wash tubs still today when I am unthawing sheep before putting it on the pit... The old apothacary reminds me of one from years ago.. Very interesting pics... Thanks... Peggy |

Brilliant pics Rhood - the only time I went to Wales, it rained the whole time so spoilt the views around there. Never mind I intend to go again and see the lovely views you obviously did..:animorang |

Gorgeous pics Rhood...makes me want to go there myself. My grandfather came directly to Canada from Bristol and I often think there must be relatives still there. |
