Watch out for some wild leeks. They are delicious in soups.

Just don't leak on the leeks if you intend cooking with them.

Hummm.. whatcha think about this thing??It has been growing in my untreated wood chips in lots of places..It gets seeds in the center..really strange..
I had a different one that grew something (it was white and stringie looking with a mushroom like head that was near black in color)really wierd then died I cant seem to locate the pic.

Kale, I don't know what that is either. But all these mushrooms are making my skin crawl.

why are so many repulsed by mushrooms/fungi? i think they're cool looking! the weirder the better, i say!
