tomato seeds for hydroponics

I got some tomato seeds that i need to start, BUT, because im doing hydro ponic im not so shure how i go about this . I think you can just put them into a baggy with paper towel and keep them warm+moist? then once they get a little root put them into the rockwool cubes and then just leave the hydro system which will keep the cubes moist and the lamps will keep them warm

Hi ther...I always start my seeds in dirt to start then when they are about 3 inches high I clean the dirt very carefully off the roots and plant them in the rockwool...What system are you using???.... wash or trickle.....

trickle... so... i guess i will look into starting them in soil. thanks for that

Use Germination Mix which you can find at your garden center, Not soil!

do these taste teh same as the ones grown in dirt?
