Dead Nettle blooms...( last spring on my visit to bsmitch's home, we stopped at a local nursery where he bought some plants for me and some friends). I never had luck with Dead Nettle growing, but this Dead Nettle plant is doing great! It is a very bad---out of focus---pic of it, but it has many blooms on it, and it spread out beautifully! Actually, I never had seen one bloom out! I am keeping it right where I planted it! I have some weeding to do around it---haven't got to that area to weed yet.
My Bloodroot came back from last spring that Bill Mitchell gave to me from his place. I worried about it because it had lost all it's leaves, but Bill said that it would probably come back. I was so excited! It has one leaf and one bloom and hope it will spread happily in the woodsy corner of my yard!
