Can't fix Gimpy2 problem. Damselfy gets on with it!

Skellog..re: am I going to stay damselfly. I have had multiple surgeries and now have a bionic knee and an ankle with a 6 inch steel bar in it. I am no longer as gimpy as I used to be.. Not ready to enter the olympics and kneeling is still a no-no, but I get around pretty well now, so the gimpy handle is no longer appropriate. So from now on, I will be damselfly.

The Dragonfly and its little blue cousin the damselfy have been my lucky charms for a long time now. I even have a tattoo on my left shoulder of a damselfly. A photo of that tattoo was one of my sigs even back before all my problems with GG.

I am pretty well resigned to the fact that I will never again be able to edit my Gimpy2 profile, address etc.

Slowly, I am filling my profile, albums and blog in my damselfly profile. I always sign with (aka gimpy2) in all my postings, so eventually, all my old friends will understand.

JANUARY 2010: Got help from my son Blair who taught me how to load the photos from my new camera into my computer photo albums. Now I can add photos of my sweet Schoodle (Schauzer/poodle mix). His name is SKYR. I can also take picture of all my renos and put those in my albums. Come Spring I will take picture of my vegie gardens with the new walkways all around and the pergola at the back.

Last Saturday was a red-letter day for me. I am finally fit enough to go cross country skiing. Not alone of course, had my son Blair to pick me up if I fell down.. only fell once! I have had an image fixed in my mind of doing just that. That dream kept me going through all the surgery and physiotherapy. Posting photos of that in my albums too.
