Planning a new garden

I'm still in the planning stages of my garden that will be in the backyard. I'm wondering if an 8x6 plot is big enough for cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, onions, garlic, green pepper and carrots. There won't be much as far as the tomato, cucumber and zucchini plants. Maybe only 3 each. Only two of the green pepper. There will be mostly carrot, onion and garlic because I go through a lot of those.

I think I will push back my tiling to the end of october. The ground is still workable. Then I can plant my garlic first.

 I'm really excited about starting this garden. I hope it works out. I've always wanted to do this.
