Remember Duke and Mary's story?

Duke and Mary were the senior couple whose home was broken into and they were tortured for hours? Duke died from his injuries, Mary somehow survived after being beaten, stabbed etc.

They caught to two boys who did it!! There was a news conference on Firday that announced it. The boys confessed. One was 14 and one was 17. They rode their bikes over to the house which was about a mile away. i hope justice will be served in this case!

Please pray for Shirley, one of the gals I worked with for 20 years who just had a small scrape on the back of her hand last week. On Friday evening it looked a little angry despite all the anit-biotic creme and bandage she put on it. Saturday morning,,, the infection was all the way up her arm and headed toward her shoullder. Within an hour of arriving at the hospital they did surgery on her and had to take the flesh all the way down to the bone, from her hand to between her elbow and her shoulder. She will have to have skin grafts etc, and go to the wound center and pain center etc.. but they are hoping they saved her arm!! What a horrilble thing!! So please pray for Shirley as she goes thru her surgery. recoperates and heals..

I recently saw something on TV about this but had never heard of it happening to anyone I knew. Scary Scary!!
