I've been planting every day and still have more to plant, As you enter my drive, this is what you see. It is barely starting to develop. Some pics I took today.

And this is in my rock garden. A wild flower called a fire cracker plant.
Don't work too hard, but have fun in your garden. Mr Bill
Tomorrow Sandy and I will celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Good grief!! Yes, she has put up with me for all these wonderful years. That's speaking for myself. Anyway, I've amaryllised you all to death over the winter, spanning from December 1st until now. It's hard to visualize constant blooms all that time, but that's what happened in my kitchen. This amaryllis was finished blooming several times and was retired to the storage area. A week ago Sandy said," there is another bud on one of those bulbs you put outside". So here is the last amaryllis blooming for our anniversary.
Have a great day day and happy gardening. With love from Sandy and Bill Mitchell
Several years ago, while we were visiting Carolyncat down in Westlake La. I feel in love with her shrimp plant. Well I ordered one from a nursery in Texas. It was small but did well during it's first summer. I knew it wouldn't survive zone 6 winters, so it was planted in a container and is moved to my friend's greenhouse for the winter. Last year it grew leaps and bounds in the greenhouse. This year it has provided twenty to thirty cuttings and got married to a mandevilla that was setting next to it all winter. They became entangled with each other. You know how love is.
I hope everyone is having fun in your gardens. Bill Mitchell
