Here in Kentucky, zone 6, the yucca plants bloom in June when conditions are right. You can't expect all the plants to bloom every year. But this year I had several that did bloom in June and I have one that is getting ready to bloom at the end of August. It has a very tall spike with at least 70 to 80 buds. I never saw one bloom this late in the year, especially in Kentucky. I'll post a picture as soon as it is in full bloom. Have a great day, Bill Mitchell
