Rain today!!! Weird

well its raining today,cant get out in the dirt! but it smells soooo nice out. yesterday i had to take my little dog to the vet for a cleaning. had to leave her there al day,first time shes ever been away from home,i was so stressed out ,it seemed like the day lasted forever. she had to be there from 8 in the morning to 4:30 in the after noon.i was so happy to pick her up,the vet had to remove two teeth,so she couldnt have anything to eat,that was hard to eat dinner in front of her,i didnt eat much,i felt so bad for her.so this morning i made her eggs.she still seems a little spaced out today! well i did manage to transplant some plants yesterday. well you all get out in that dirt for me today,lol

Cutting Back!!

Well things have gone completely wild around here,so im going to do some cuting back today!  irises are done blooming so time to cut them back,and thin them out.also my sage is finished blooming and it has taken over thr side walk,so its also getting a hair cut. yesterday was a little windy here. when hubby came home he was out watering his tomatos,and i went in the greenhouse and low and behold my small grape vine wasnt on its shelf. it had falling down and rowled down the hill aways hubby had to go get it,(hope he didnt get any poision oak) well all u garden junkies have a happy planting day!!!!

well hubby made me a poting table over the weekend,next nice day im going to paint it. im so happy my pineapple gauva has some blooms! but my kumquat still looks a lettle yellow,but its hanging in there,so i think it will make it. my sons getting married this friday,im sad there not having a wedding there just going to the courthouse,because of lack of money,i wish i had the money to give them  one. yesterday i had a little crying jag. just thinking about him geting married,hes still my baby,lol.  20 yearold baby!!  well garden is calling!!! Happy planting to all.:-)

well i didnt get a chance to get on yesterday,to much to do!  today is the Rodeo here,dont know how long we will stay,its going to be 101'  hubby was going to work on my Greenhouse but its just to hot for him to be out there. well it can wait, it has been a year already,lol :-)  hope you all have a wonderful weekend...love ya!!

well still feeling a little under the weather,but went out and water,and planted my kumquat tree..i hope it makes it. the leaves are a little yellow.gave it food so hope that helps..im posting a pic so take a look tell me what u think,if anyone know why its leaves are yellow let me know. Well im off today, but not feeling so well.but i did manage to water my plants,and transplant a rose.. and i noticed my Astilbe is getting ready to bloom,im soooo exsited,i will take a pic of it when it is all bloomed out. im hopeing to do some work on my greenhouse this weekend,and my hubby is going to build me a planting table,i can't wait... i also got a new plant for mothers day from my hubby, it is a Peperomia. i will have to take a pic and get it on my page soon!!     Happy planting to u all!!!!    Hugs~mountaingirl
