I have not blog for a while and would like everyone to know that I am doing well with the weight loss and I am finished with my container garden and I love it. I planted English lavender and spanish, and Dutch and thyme and rosemary, and tomotes lemon boy, earlygirls, Hosta plant which I love. And there is some Gerberdaisy,s also Mini Pine Tree very cute, also some pansies. And a whole lot more to show you all when I am done with the pictures. I am going to post them after the 4th of July. I have more to plant and will be done. Also we have been having a heat wave here in Oregon Yesterday we got up to 98 and today it is 92 and it looks like it will be cooling off sometime this week. I worry about my flowers and plant,s with this heat I have been babying them and lots of TLC and water. I will be celabrating my anniversary August 4th it will be 2 wonderful years with my soulmate and best friend. We will be going to the beach in beautiful Seaside for a week. Hope everyone is doing good with there gardening and having good weather for it. Happy Gardening to all:)

Want to say hi to everyone and let you know I am back from vacation. I went to Minnesota for nine days with my husband and had a ball took a bunch of pictures that I promise I will post soon. I did not diet when there and I am a bad girl:( But back on track and doing well. I did not get the puppy i wanted but still looking:) Hope everybody had a great week and doing well with all your gardening projects. I did awesome on my weight program today:) Did my walking video and did all my calories. I am doing good I will keep you posted:) Hope everybody is having a great garden day talk to you soon:0)

I know you all are my Garden friends:) But I really need some motivation and encouragement with this Weight loss adventure I am on right now. I am on a walking program and I need to loss some weight for my health doctor's orders. It is hard when you have slow down and not as flexible as you were when you were in your 20's and 30's. So with that said I will be on a 1600 calorie diet till I loss at least 60 Pounds. And would really be so thankful if you all would help me on this journey. I am getting a new puppy here in the next 2 weeks I am so excited. It is a West Highland White Terrier It is adorable. I will post some pictures when i get it:) I have always had a dog and lately feel for the companionship. I am retired and have all the time in the world to spend with this cute little baby. You all have a great day:)

Just want everybody to know I have been sick with the flu. Thats why I have not been on the site lately. I am feeling so much better now just a little cough left and really tired. I am so mad I couldnt get out in our beautiful weather this last week and plant my flowers. I have been to sick to even get out of bed my husband has been extra busy with School and work and taking care of me. I think I have the best husband in the world and love him with all my heart he is a keeper:) This week I am getting out there and plant my flowers if I have to crawl. Hope everyone had a great weekend and had good weather for there planting. Talk to you all soon and happy gardening:)

Well I am going to try and plant some more flowers this weekend with my husband. I am a little bummed:( the weather said it was going to rain and have some wind and that it may also snow can you believe that? Pray for me it doesn't I really want to get this thing done. I want to see my flowers grow and enjoy them. Our weather has been crazy this year. I will keep you posted and hopefully one day soon I will post my pictures:) Hope everybody is doing great and I wish you all happy gardening:)

It has been beautiful here today in gods country. The sun is shining and it is 80 degrees and I have been cleaning and doing on the patios front and back all day. Tomorrow is going to be nice to and me and my husband are going to start planting my baby flowers. I am so happy that I am done with this job now after tomorrow I can sit back and enjoy my garden grow. I will keep you posted how it goes and take pictures as soon as they get big enough. I am tired and had a very busy day going to relax and will talk to you tomorrow. Wish everybody happy gardening:)

I just got done with cleaning most of my two patio's. It was gross I get alot of moss and lime buildup and what a job if it wasn't for my wonderful husband buying some great stuff fot the lime it would have been awful. We are going to try and plant some bulbs and flowers Saturday. Only if weather permits it has been raining almost all week. If we just could get a little pit of sunshine to peek though the clouds that would be wonderful. But if your going to live in Oregon you got to take the rain. Well I will keep you posted and let you know how things go with the container garden.

Just started reading my garden books I bought from the rummage sale. What great book's and the information is wonderful. Thank-you for all your comments on my blog. I live in Oregon and its been raining the last two days. Planning to clean my patios and start planting next weekend. My husband and myself do this every year together. This is the first year we are doing this kind of container garden together. It should be fun and hopefully rewarding and I am going to be planting flowers and plants to attracked humming birds and butterflies. I love lavender and am going to try a small herb container garden also. We are also going to hang some basket's and we are going to try and grow some tomato plants. Hope everybody has a good week and some sunshine for there gardens.

went to a bunch of rummage sales today and found some awesome garden books. I am doing a container garden this year on my front and back patios and would like to get some ideas and the books are full with great ideas.Also found some great pots for planting my flowers.I will keep you all posted of how my garden goes and grows. I will take some pictures and post them on the site. Have a great day to all my friends and happy gardening.
