I finally understand now that one can spread and plant seeds in the fall here in zone 9b - 10 and that they will winter fine and sprout in thier proper time.
so with that in mind, here is what i planted :
Cleome Lilac; Cleome purple; Cleome mixed; Cleome dark pink; Cleome pink; Cleome violet; Cleome purple; Cleome Rose Queen.
Poppy California Orange; Poppy California White, Poppy, Poppy Blue Hungarian; Poppy Shirley mixed colors, Poppy opium.
Marigolds snowdrift, Marigold Disco Red, Marigold dwarf, Marigold sunset giants.
Planted 1 gallon of salvia coral nymph and salvia greggi red as well as salvia cardonna.
Last week i took all the daylillies i recieved from a trade in florida and moved them to the nursery under the orange tree. I planted the epy's in pots and put them in the nursery as well. Charlie moved the tub to be in the corner next to the nursery and might become the transitional tub before some plants come into the yard. I put the kwanso lillies in the oak barrel. I found seeds from the water iris too. Am trying to harvest seeds from four oclocks and mexican sunflowers, even found a sweet little blue morning glory to keep seeds from. Oh yes i planted over one hundred anemone bulbs, boy they look like rocks.
