Well today was "D" Day for me. Yep DENTIST DAY owhhhhhh! Although they are so
good to me there . I still have way too much pain. I get that from the wonderful
Fibromyalgia and Osteo-arthritis and the Nerve Pain in my hands and feet..
Okay they put me in the chair and I told them I wanted my front tooth the one on the
left that sits right next to your front ones crowned as it will break anytime soon.
And good thing I went in there was a cavity starting behind it so got 2 birds in
one stone as they say!! Only cost me $50 dollars down and $50 dollars a month
the out of pocket cost after insurance was $1195 dollars that did not include my
wonderful gas, and shot that was $64 bucks and the pain is FREE!! As soon as my lip
gets (un numbed) is that a word ? Then I will check my singing out to make
sure it didn't change my voice it shouldn't !! I won't get the permanant crown
one until 3 weeks from now on May 20th. That will be porcelain.. They always
do a good job for me. Well I have had my teeth longer then my Dad did he lost
all his when he was 33 and had to get dentures. Me I am only missing 2 back upper
molars in the top due to a dental snafu. This dentist years ago pulled out my widsom tooth that
had exploded and when he pulled it he killed my tooth next to it and and the one next that one also
it turned into my jaw so had to end up having 2 teeth taken out because of his stupidity.
Anywho I am better now that the gas is wearing off . It is raining cats and dogs here and it is
COLD!! Might even get some flurries and most definitely Frost but it did rain that will protect
the fruit trees. I brought everything back inside for now that I am growing so hopefully this
weather will improve and so will my mouth LOL Have a good one!!

Well Nothing yet I haven't planted nothing for Mother Nature!! As I have not been outside
yet had to have my coffee get my shots and get dressed whew sometimes that is a chore
in itself. But because it will be raining here in Indiana tonight. Me and Casey Lynn
are planting that butterfly garden today no ifs ands or butts well maybe our butts will
be adraggin later on but it will get done today!! But we wanted to wait until it rains so the
seeds are germinated quickly.. Body update I tore my biceps muscles pushing a wheel
barrow on sunday up to the house about 300 feet from the house and yes it had some
stuff in it but I thought Heck I can do this but obviously my butt is old and moldy and cannot
do this stuff anymore!!! Okay I learned won't do that anymore!!
This week grandson and son in law will come out and cut down the elm trees that are in my
vine row fencing I can't dig them anymore so they will come and do that for me!! Then we can
get to planting more vine seeds where they are suppose to be!!
talk to everybody later !

I got up groggily and went to the kitchen sink to get
coffee water for the pot and I gazed out to the feeder
and saw what I thought at first were some mighty big
Birds Hahaha! They were Mallard ducks a pair and they
were sitting right in the middle under the feeder with
all the birds on the ground just eating away!!
I made my coffee went to get my camera and they were gone
they came back later on and went swimming in our above ground pool.
This happens every year but its always just 1 pair only! One of these
days I will get me a picture!

Too much Rain to be going outside to plant. So were just hanging out inside!!
My Grandson TJ put my mailbox back in the ground as it was hit and replaced
a couple of months ago but it kept falling over so they fixed that. Then my DH
and SIL still working on a leak under the new kitchen sink plumbing they put
in last weekend almost there!! Went down stairs and much to my surprise we
have growth of the Cobaea Alba and the Cobaea purple vine seeds we planted
last month. we have 4 bamboo poles in each pot for now until we can put them
outside on a fence. Got my Moonflowers coming up they just popped up from seeds.
I have tried to grow these before by just planting directly outside never does anything but
this time we shall try a different approach and see if we can get these puppies to
vine and bloom and set seeds!! I think with my short growing season I just need to
start them earlier and so I did this year.. We also got the Feathered Morning glories
in pots finally so were excited about those and the rest of the MG's we can just direct
plant. Can't wait to see these and the Passionflowers we potted up flower this year and I will
be taking alot of pictures so watch for them!!
It is gloomy and rainy here again today 3rd day in a row but I am taking Casey to her Community
Prom Night for Special People and then when were done there we will go out to Karaoke
with some dear friends Casey is really good!! Plus she has fun and they all just love her any
where she goes to karaoke.
Hugs and Blessings and how does your garden grow!

Hey All,
It's getting ready to rain!! Casey and Me just got our big old bag of Butterfly and Cut Garden seeds ready well at least they are all together in a huge bag about 3 pounds of seeds!! This will be one heck of the best Butterfly and Bee's and Cut Gardens ever assembled in recent years. And I know it will be so colorful and smell so good I can see it in my minds eye but I will take pictures you can bet on it. Casey is so excited she will be making a Red garden,
I will be making a moonlight garden and between us we will have a spectacular garden I can hear the buzzing and the sipping of nectar as we speak!! I think how I will plant this huge undertaking for the Butterfly Gardens is to mix the seeds into some wet dirt and then while they are still pliable then throw them as far as we can into the areas we want for the butterfly garden and cut gardens!! Hey thats how Lady Bird Johnson used to do it so why can't Carol and Casey right!!
We have our Vine Projects too we are working on these will be so gorgeous we have Passionflowers and Hyacinth Bean vines, and Morning glories and we could go and on but I won't. Just very excited about it.
We wanted to thank everybody for sending us seeds this year without you and you we could not have had as many seeds to make these gardens. We have other projects as well like the Logan Center Community we donate seeds too and we still had a bunch of seeds left over for our gardens..
Well off we go to get our Dirt Balls ready talk to you all later!
hugs and blessings

Well had to get go and get my new handicap placard today as mine had expired!!
Yep when I was down with the flu and pneumonia my card expired so had to go to the
BMV and set in line for 40 minutes but finally got my new one and it was FREE get out of
here!! That was costing me $5.00 bucks before so it was a nice surprise!!. Then had to go to
Walmart and get a big bag of dirt so I can plant all these Morning glories, wanted to get them
planted outside but its getting ready to rain!! Heck it will be raining all week and we potted up
and got all the Passionflowers planted!! the Incarnata on the fence and my others I have in tagged
pots so we shall see what happens with all those!! Thanks to everyone who sent me seeds we
should have a wonderful crop of Passions this year!! Casey is busily potting and sorting her seeds
and insisting we get the Hummingbird feeders out and filled right now!! Don't know when they are
coming I always thought it was May? Now I have to go get a new back tire and a front tire for my
Lawn tractor and also batteries for that and for the rototiller. Casey saw a hand auger and wants that
she said that will keep us from bending over all the time and hurting our backs and she is soooo right!!
Also have to get out the 2 main water hoses and hooked up but have to change the faucet handle
as it is broken so will do that tomorrow between raindrops and I have to burn a pile of wood and brush in the middle
of the backyard wanted to do that first but got side tracked. Hey I am seeing blue birds and finches and doves
and all those wonderful creatures at the feeder.. Spring is here but it is still on the cool side for me.
Happy Gardening!

Yeah Saturday is here, and although I had many plans non are materializing!!
Had to get my emails done only had 443 had to answer a bunch of questions. then had to get pots ready.
sure does take up a day!!!
I wanted to get some seeds in the ground as it is 62 degrees right now and it is suppose to rain all next week so I needed to get this stuff done. Got to get my MG's planted too. some of the more Japanese varieties need to be started now so they can bloom and set seed in time before Octobers killer frost. I got a unknown kind in a trade and I grew it but it did not have time to set seed properly and I had to bring it inside before it was done naturally and of course that is never a good thing so this year I am ready!!
Plus I am on antibiotics for Pneumonia which makes me feel just all wonderful but I know at the end of the tunnel is a garden light!! or maybe I just left the backyard light on again!!
hugs to all
Carol
