Hey Everybody!!
Hope this finds you all good and your seed gathering even better!!
Well lets see, Still hard to get around my ligament under my right
foot still hurts but am moving thats the key!! Can't get anything done
as it is cold raining and frosts are hitting almost every day now!
Welcome to my World!! I had plans to burn off the back yard, trim up
tree's and put stuff away and I can't do anything with this weather!!
A few folks have sent me plants and seeds which I do appreciate
very much!!
ButI now have to vocus on next years garden planning!
I need more milkweeds, the monarch population is way down and
I need to plant more plants for bee's the population was almost
non existant this year. Saw a few carpenter bee's and bumbles
and maybe 6 honeybee's...Need to improve those numbers folks!!
Well gotta go sing tonight and have some fun plus on Sunday
were having a huge birthday for my husband's 60 th so all family and friends
will be here. Its a mile stone he doesnt want to see or me either!! So to make
him feel better me and Casey went yesterday and ordered him a huge cake
that has black balloons and a RIP with a grave marker that says Relax I'm
just here for the cake LOL

Hi Everybody!!
Well me and my daughter are picking seeds and throwing sheets over the
ruffled pink ones of the morning glory that are in bloom they bloom so late here in Indiana.
Last year I only got 6 seeds but I had to dig it up and bring the whole thing in lost many
blooms but got 6 seeds. So this year it has many blooms so we covered it
and hopefully I will have enough to plant a fence row next year with...This years blooms
and hail storm damage was so bad I know not just for me but alot of folks out there
I hope we all can do better next year. All my double Japanese Morning glories were all
destroyed so was the Cobaea's. Which I had searched for and traded and bought seeds of
I have to get some good luck somewhere next year LOL
Oh by the by, My broken toe is healing nicely now so I don't have to go back to the bone
surgeon yippee ky ayyy!! Casey is doing pretty well with therapy for her radial nerve damage
in her arm.
We are caulking our aluminum windows and our roof is still being done but it is coming along
and our new dog is just great. She greets us with dancing when we come home but then again
when we take her for a ride she loves to have her ears flapping in the wind. My daughter and
husband and myself just love this little pack of energy LOL
Talk to you all later!
Carol
