Wow! I have been working too many shifts, while I may have a day off now and then I still work 6 to eight shifts a week....Today I am too tired or just done....Mr. Man is packing his things and moving out...I believe after eight years of riding the coaster, it is over...whew! I feel like a weight has been lifted of my chest...not like it's not already big enough! Weak attempt at humor... Anyway, I am so ready to just be alone and into my children and grandchildren! To do for me and not have to concern myself with anothers misconception of something I may or may not be doing! I love the thought of not cleaning up after him anymore...that makes me smile! And ya know the GREATEST THING? i WON'T HAVE TO SMELL CIGARETTE SMOKE ANYMORE! YEEEEEEEEHHAAAAAAAAAA! Just had to get that out, I am gonna go love my flowers and seedlings...and them incredible baby peaches I have been eyeballing...wonder if they will make it to maturity before I decide to pluck them and eat them!

just a tad chilly this evening, I had a grand day at work, I allowed two grown women...(is 19 and 20 considered grown?) settle their differences by calm confrontation. They both said what they had to say and when it started to get heated I told them that if one did not think improper thoughts OUT LOUD...then this would not happen...if one were to think of the Golden Rule, then there would be less hurt in the world...What an awesome moment...I amaze myself sometimes!
After work today I took one of my employees to where she boards her horse...and I ended up riding! Haven't done that in years...my poor puppies like to beat me to death and my thighs hurt so bad I did not think I was going to make the ride home in my 5 speed! High and fly! Get outta mommaD's way, she is trembling! I am still a bit...ah...numb!
My youngest turned 18 yesterday and it was quite a tough day for me, I cryed, had to chase my contact lense across the parking lot! With the one good eye that still had a contact in it...and yes, blind fat ladies CAN run!!! I caught it, and then dropped it again when I got inside...Man, I am really trying to grow up, ya know, be able to wear contacts and carry on a decent conversation... anyway...I may not plan anything tomorrow...I will need to recover from all this drama...trama...CALGON...TAKE ME AWAYYYYYYYYYY!!!! Here's to wobbly thighs and peace tomorrow! Dee

MMMMMMM, it is still dark out and the birds are singing, as if saying,"Thank you God, for the rain and the storms, for showering Dee's beautiful attempts at making a more attractive yard..." I can still hear distant thunder...which I couldn't hear in the hot tub...but is very clear now as I sit in the open window drinking my second jug (cause it is toooo big to call a cup!) of coffee...which should be an I.V. as much as I consume...I go back to work in an hour and I am not looking forward to leaving my haven of flowers and fruits! Well, I guess I could try to look at the folks at work as flowers and fruits...I might get in a tad bit of trouble when I want to fertilize them....better rethink that one...Birds still singing, just wanted to share my most peaceful morning...got a lot done yesterday...I may or maynot elaborate later...sure wish I could stay home~ Happy day my friends! I had a wonderful birthday and got everything I wanted....more plants!!! My younger daughter,(the brain...) wanted to take me out to supper, I told her no, buy me some plants to plant in my yard, my older daughter called and wanted to take me out for lunch and I said no, buy me some flowers to plant in my special bed for my grand daughter. I do not like to go out and eat...not much left of the meal after the morning deposit in the powder room....ew! I would like to see my gifts year after year! So there it is folks...get me flowers not food! I transplanted several peonies that are surprises from last year, I have moved them to a sunnier location...I am really excited about them. I got some beautiful three tone yellow dahlias...thinking about doing a yellow ribbon next to my American Flag project...we shall see...I want to do so much! But I will do what I can! All of my cuttings that I rooted are doing fantastic, my seeds that I planted in flats in the garage have been moved outside to get more attention...and there are some signs of life...I am so excited! More gas for the tiller! I will pay the price! I am going to spend some time with Mr. Man since he did finish the swing project! I am actively working on a Kratz bed...it is all so fun! Love and flowers to you all!
