Blueberries for next spring/summer?

Hi everyone.  As the summer winds down I am already thinking of what to grow for next spring/summer. I have already decided that the Morning Glories were such a success that I will continue to grow them. I also have decided to grow blueberries (if I can). If anyone has grown blueberries or has tips on how to, I would love to learn about it. I was thinking in mid to late April and along with my Morning Glories and Lavender.
